Bespoke Workshops

All workshops can be delivered in either half-day or full-day formats, depending on your needs. Sessions are available online, face-to-face, or as a blended approach, and are designed to be flexible, practical, and responsive to your context.

Trauma Informed Practice – Foundation
This introductory workshop offers a practical grounding in trauma-informed principles, helping participants understand the impact of trauma on behaviour, relationships, and systems. It introduces accessible tools to support safety, regulation, and relational practice in everyday work.

Befriending Your Nervous System
A practical and reflective workshop supporting participants to understand and relate to their own nervous system. Using accessible neuroscience and an IFS-informed lens, it builds awareness, compassion, and skills in regulation and co-regulation.

Developing Reflective Practice
This workshop supports individuals to build a meaningful and sustainable reflective practice. Participants explore a range of tools and approaches to deepen self-awareness, process experience, and stay grounded in complex work.

Trauma Informed Assessment and Mapping
This workshop supports practitioners to gather and make sense of information in a trauma-informed way. It focuses on attuned listening, strengths-based inquiry, and collaborative formulation to deepen understanding and inform meaningful support.

Planning for Safety
This workshop explores how to create and maintain safety across individual, relational, and environmental levels. Participants learn practical approaches to developing collaborative, trauma-informed safety plans that centre dignity and empowerment.

Managing Beginnings, Endings and Everything In-Between
This workshop explores the emotional and relational impact of transitions. Participants develop skills to navigate beginnings, endings, and periods of uncertainty with care, clarity, and intention.

Finding the Glimmers: Strength-Based Practice
This workshop supports a shift towards strengths-based ways of working. Participants learn to notice and build on moments of safety, connection, and possibility, fostering hope, agency, and engagement.

Responding to Disclosure
This workshop equips participants with the skills to respond safely and compassionately when someone shares distressing or traumatic experiences, with a focus on grounding, validation, and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

Compassionate Communication
This workshop supports clear, empathetic, and attuned communication. Drawing on trauma-informed and nonviolent communication approaches, it helps build trust and navigate difficult conversations with care.

The Practice of Boundaries
This workshop explores boundaries as a core relational skill. Participants build confidence in recognising limits, communicating clearly, and maintaining integrity in complex environments.

Supervision Skills for Managers
This workshop supports managers to develop reflective, trauma-informed supervision skills. It focuses on creating psychologically safe spaces where staff feel supported, challenged, and able to process the emotional impact of their work.

Trauma Informed Leadership
This workshop explores leadership as a relational and values-driven practice. Participants develop their capacity to lead with integrity, awareness, and responsiveness, shaping cultures that prioritise safety and sustainable working.

Facilitating Reflective Spaces
This workshop supports practitioners to create and hold reflective group spaces that feel safe, inclusive, and purposeful. It explores group dynamics, facilitation skills, and ways to support meaningful shared reflection.

Skills in Debrief
This workshop develops confidence in leading and participating in reflective debriefs. It focuses on emotional processing, shared learning, and supporting team wellbeing after challenging experiences.

Looking After Yourself at Work (Vicarious Trauma, Burnout, Compassion Fatigue)
This workshop supports participants to recognise and respond to the emotional impact of their work. It offers practical tools for maintaining wellbeing, building resilience, and staying connected to values without becoming overwhelmed.

Positive Behaviour Support Planning

This workshop focusses on teaching the basics of positive behaviours support (PBS) to staff teams who work with behaviours of concern. It will focus on understanding the hidden communication and meaning behind the behaviour. Then it will guide staff to create strategies that support service users to improve their quality of life and reduce the behaviours.    

Circle of Security Parenting
This workshop, based on attachment theory, supports parents and carers to understand their child’s emotional needs and build a secure relational base, strengthening connection and confidence in their parenting.

Understanding Behaviours of Concern for Parents and Carers
This workshop helps parents and carers make sense of challenging behaviours by exploring the underlying emotional and relational drivers, offering compassionate and practical strategies.

Understanding and Planning for Behaviours of Concern in School Settings
This workshop supports school staff to understand behaviour through a trauma-informed lens, offering practical tools for assessment, planning, and relational responses that support inclusion and learning.

Attachment and Trauma in Children for Care Home Staff
This workshop explores how early trauma and disrupted attachment impact development and behaviour. It supports care staff to respond with consistency, attunement, and care to create safe, healing environments.

Working with Behaviour that Challenges in School Systems (Neurodivergence and Trauma)
This workshop explores the intersection of neurodivergence and trauma. It supports staff to move beyond compliance-based approaches, developing flexible, relational strategies that support regulation and inclusion.
